Starting with the question in the title, my answer is ‘everything’!
We are part of the Social CRM Research Center (SCRC) Leipzig, Germany. The partnership with Brazil has existed since 2014 to unite the knowledge generated in universities and industry in the area of Social CRM and to train students and professionals according to market demands.
